My favorite part about working there, honestly has been their flexibility with my schedule. While they have been kinda annoying about my hours (not giving me enough at times, I think due to the economy and the area that MY store is at) they have been EXCELLENT about giving me the days I need off for school. You need to ask if your store qualifies for Blue Crew Bucks-- BIIIIG Bonuses :) And EVERYONE gets them :D *squees* I'm just SO excited for you girlie! That is not the norm..
