Give me 5 tips or tricks for keeping your house clean and clutter-free.
- Try to put things away as you finish using them. Saving it to do “later” usually equals “when there’s a huge pile of crap that needs to be put away.”
- Don’t have kids!
- Set up a routine. And stick to it!
- If you already have children, attempt to confine them to only one room of the house. Or, better yet, the garage!
- Do a little each day, throughout the day. See #1 for reason why.

great advice! in my experience, it also helps to go from task to task, instead of finishing a room at a time. seems to magically go faster and not be boring. for those who don’t want to hump cleaning, like i do.

My house needs a good deep cleaning. I keep trying to talk my teenager into doing it for me, but for some reason she just looks at me like I’m crazy when I mention it to her. Hmmmm…wonder why? LOL

About #2? – I’m slowing getting rid of my kiddos, but now my dogs are the ones making all the mess. Is it wrong to shave a Lab? So much hair!
