Came across this article on various helpful uses for baking soda. Some I already heard of, but a few were new to me, so thought I’d share the ‘wealth’.

Like this one:

To remove tape residue, mix baking soda with some water to make a thick paste. Rub the paste onto the gunk on your windows (or wherever) and then wipe it off.

And this one:

Keep an open box of baking soda any place you want to keep moisture out of–such as places where you store clothing, tools, electronic stuff, etc.

An oldie but goodie:

Occasionally, pour a cup of baking soda down your drains, followed by a cup of vinegar to keep your drains free of build-up. (I usually end this cocktail with some hot water.)

Other ‘recipes’ are mentioned in the article, so check it out: “Really? You Can do That With Baking Soda?”

I love stuff like this! Anyone else have homemade problem solvers to share?

Send me a cup of java!
